Registration

In order to complete your registration to INES2024 you have to pay the registration fee via Card or Wire Transfer.

 

Please fill the registration form with appropriate data - be careful when you filling the "Invoice Information" block, since your invoice will be prepared based on them.

 

You can select different registration types including registering as accompanying person (which includes social events entrance, but not conference kit)

 

* filled in the online registration form below,
* arranged the registration fee payment, it must be received by June 15,
* submitted the final conference paper until June 15 the latest.

You are kindly asked to fill in the Invoice information field carefully, because it is the billing address. Invoice cancellation and modification cost EUR 30 extra.

Only one paper can be included into the proceedings by paying one registration fee. For including any paper in the proceedings, it is necessary for at least one co-author to be registered and the registration fee has to be paid in advance until June 15, 2024. Author's second paper, and extra pages cost EUR 20/page.

 

If you are an author of a INES2024 paper the system provide the possibility to add your paper (by using the "Add to cart" button). Due to the regulations of the conference each author is able to register one paper with maximum 6 pages. The cost of the extra pages is 20 EUR / page.

Extra papers can be added to the cart by the repeated use of the "Add to cart" button. The fee of the extra papers counts per page. Namely, the cost of the pages of the extra papers is 20 EUR / page. Extra papers can contain extra pages as well - with the same fee.

 

In order to finalize your registration click to "Registration" button and follow the instructions on the occurring site.

 

Your registration will be completed if you get the confirmation about the registration and successful payment as well.

 

***IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PLENARY SPEAKERS***

 

If you are a Plenary Speaker of INES2024 you have to select the Wire Transfer option during the registration process.
